Annual Financial Audits
Every year, our financial records are independently audited and shared in both English and Lumasaba, accessible to all during community barazas.
Local Oversight
A Supervisory Board of respected local representatives provides oversight and reports openly to the Council of Elders and community members.
Community-Led Ideas
We invite everyone in the community to suggest new projects and programs. Each idea is carefully reviewed by our Management Team and submitted to the Supervisory Board for final approval.
