Investment Oversight & Governance
Board of Directors
The BFFoundation Board holds ultimate responsibility for investment strategy. It provides direction and ensures accountability in line with our mission and fiduciary standards.
Investment Committee (IC)
The Investment Committee supports the Board by overseeing:
- Asset allocation
- Risk and performance monitoring
- Engagement of external investment advisors
- Implementation of strategy and compliance
